个人简介

中共党员,特聘副研究员,食品系教工党支部书记。入选上海市超级博士后激励计划、上海市科技启明星扬帆计划Food Bioengineering编辑、食品工业科技青年编委,中国国际互联网+大学生创新创业大赛上海赛区银奖指导老师和挑战杯上海市大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛铜奖指导老师

研究紧扣国家大健康发展战略,以产业化应用为导向,主要聚焦功能寡糖基菌群导向性食品设计策略构建和相关功能食品产业化。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、上海市自然科学基金面上项目等国家或省部级项目5累计发表SCI论文20篇,获上海市科技进步一等奖(8/15)、中国商业联合会科技进步一等奖(4/11)、河南省科技进步二等奖(4/10)和中国轻工业联合会科技进步奖二等奖(5/8)等省部级奖项项。

1)功能糖调控肠道微生态的动态演变规律研究及改善代谢疾病的作用机制解析;

2)糖尿病、肾病等特医食品和功能食品配方设计及产业化;

3)白酒、食醋等固态发酵工艺研究及生物反应器的设计
