To use our Wholesale Online Shopping Cart for US and International orders:
Click on the "Search Catalog" button in the "Wholesale" menu, and use our search engine to select the items you wish to order. For more details and large images, click the "item details" buttons.
Use your shopping cart to easily make your list of items, and then the checkout process will email us the list and your address and payment information. We will check availability and postage costs, and respond to you within three days with your total.
If you have not gotten a response within that time, please call or email us again in case we did not get your order.
If you want to use a credit card for payment, please send it by fax, or email it in two separate emails, (each with half the information for safety), or call and give it to us directly or leave it on our secure voice mail. Note that we need the verification code on the back of the card also.
Add 8% shipping/handling for USA for orders up to $500, 5% for orders up to $1000, free shipping for orders over $1000 for USA only.
Outside USA: We will add 14-24% (based on actual cost) for Canada, Europe and other countries. Please send in your order and we will contact you with a total including shipping. Expedited shipping is available at extra cost, however we need at least three days even for overnight, since we are on Hawaii.
You can expect your
order to arrive in less than a week, (at the most 2 weeks if the
Post Office is slow).

If the address you input as your shipping address
is different from your billing address, we request that you also
email us and request shipment to the shipping address stated.
We understand people moving, college addresses being different,
and gift orders. We just want to protect our customers as best
we can. The address input for billing must exactly match that
on file with your credit card company for card acceptance. This
is to protect you from the possibility of someone using your credit
card. We value our customers privacy and security, and will gladly
cooperate in the prosecution of anyone who commits credit card
fraud from our site.
Any seriously defective merchandise can be
returned, at the purchaser's expense, within 30 days of the date
it was mailed to the purchaser, for a full refund or for credit.
Merchandise must be in the same condition it was received in, which means neatly folded with no wrinkles, in its original bag.
Reasonable variations must be allowed for the handmade nature
of the goods.
No refunds or returns for credit after 30 days. No returns or credit for special order items.
STORE ACCOUNTS: Packaging and display
All items individually polybagged, many with descriptive tags
explaining the meaning of the symbols.
Banners are best displayed by putting them
on wooden dowels, and hanging them on a string, wire or on nails/pegs.
Try using the flag strings to decorate your ceiling space.
Individual Pennants can be hung on a string, or layered like a flip chart using clips, in order to save space.

Discounts for Special Orders
Large Volume Discounts:
* orders over $500, postage
costs reduced to 5%
* orders over $1000, postage costs will
be waived (8% discount).
Large Volume Special Orders: If you want to order a large quantity (over a dozen),
we can do a special order for you. This requires at least a 75%
downpayment, and takes about 1 to 2 months turnaround to be made
in Bali for you. Remaining 25% is due at the time you receive
them.
