Karuna Arts Retail Ordering Options

Most people use our easy and secure Paypal shopping cart for retail credit card orders. Just click on the "Search Catalog" button under retail, search through our items, add them to your cart, and check out using Paypal's system for your credit card payment.

If you are an international customer, you may use the Paypal cart but it will not give you the accurate shipping cost. We will email you after we get your order, and tell you the additional cost for you to send.

Use the Retail Order Form only if you prefer another payment method, such as check or money order sent by mail, or you want to give us your credit card directly not useing paypal. .

For wholesale orders, use the Wholesale Price List or catalog, to the right in the main manu.

Ask for our full color catalog! Just send your address.

You can expect your order to arrive in less than a week, (at the most 2 weeks if the Post Office is slow). Expedited shipping is available at extra cost, however we need at least three days even for overnight, since we are on Hawaii.

We use the U.S. Postal Service, unless it is a large order then we ship U.P.S. Please specify UP Postal First Class, or UPS, if you have a preference.

All email orders will be confirmed before sending, with the total amount billed.

Orders that have been placed by email will be held for 15 days . If we have not gotten your check or money order by then, we will contact you by email, and if no response the order will be deleted.


Credit Card Security

If the address you input as your shipping address is different from your billing address, we request that you also email us and request shipment to the shipping address stated. We understand people moving, college addresses being different, and gift orders. We just want to protect our customers as best we can. The address input for billing must exactly match that on file with your credit card company for card acceptance. This is to protect you from the possibility of someone using your credit card. We value our customers privacy and security, and will gladly cooperate in the prosecution of anyone who commits credit card fraud from our site.

RETURNS POLICY

Any defective merchandise can be returned, at the purchaser's expense, within 30 days of the date it was mailed to the purchaser, for a full refund or for credit. Variations in color and lines are a normal part of any handmade items, as are small bleeds in the dye. Items which were not defective but just did not fit or were otherwise unacceptable can also be returned for credit, on these conditions: Merchandise must be in the same condition it was received in, which means carefully folded and unwrinkled, in it's bag, with the tag ready for resale. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
